Thomas William Duda, 77, of Hinsdale formerly of Arlington Heights. Husband of the late Marilyn; loving father of Allison (Brookshire) Conner, Aaron (Rachel) Duda, and Erik (Kristen) Duda; dear son of the late Frank and Helen Duda; devoted grandfather of Watson, Kaiser, Eleanor, Amelia, Zooey, and Cecile Clair Georgette Conner; fond brother of the late Frank Duda and the late Anthony Duda; uncle of many nieces and nephews; partner of Alyne Polikof for 21 years. Graduate of the University of Notre Dame class of 1969 and graduate of the Northwestern University School of Law 1971. Member of the Illinois Bar Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and the I.A.F.F.

Visitation, Friday, October 11th, from 2:00 PM- 8:00 PM at Steuerle Chapel, 350 S. Ardmore Ave., Villa Park. Funeral Saturday, October 12th, 9:30 AM from the funeral home to St. Alexander Catholic Church, 300 S. Cornell Ave., Villa Park, for Mass at 10:15 AM. Interment All Saints Catholic Cemetery. Memorials to the American Cancer Society are appreciated.
