EMS Committee

Established to monitor the regulations issued by the Illinois Department of Public Health as they relate to the delivery of Fire Based EMS services.  The committee meets quarterly to discuss issues that are pertinent to AFFI Locals that provide Paramedic or EMS transport.  The EMS committee is available to meet with individual locals who may need assistance with internal issues within the Department.  The committee may offer resolutions at the Biennial Conventions to suggest legislation that could correct problems they have encountered.
